Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition as received
• Unworn and unused
• With all original tags attached
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

All returns must be requested and approved before being sent back. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Once your request has been approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions, including the return address.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at contact@jueandyue.com.

We’ll review the situation promptly and work with you to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, all pierced jewelry (including earrings) cannot be returned or exchanged.

The following items are also non-returnable:

• Custom-made or personalized items
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us before placing your order.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item or size, we recommend returning the original item first.

Once your return has been approved, you’re welcome to place a new order for your preferred item.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged during transit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or other government fees paid during international shipping are non-refundable.

Inspection of Returned Items

All returned items will be carefully inspected upon arrival.

Items showing signs of wear, scratches, damage, alterations, resizing, or missing original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Returned items must remain unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
